Well, this escalated quickly. I didn't realize becoming a blogger meant designing a website. I guess I was thinking my Myspace account from 2004 would be all I needed. I'm totally just kidding, but I really didn't think it would be this involved. Either way. Now, I'm committed. I hope you like the site and if you have any Weebly tips, tricks or YouTube videos to suggest (or if you want to come over next weekend and help me while I continue to figure out all the things?), please share in the comments. Also, please grant me some grace as I navigate the waters of web design and talking to strangers.
First of all, thank you for getting this far! I feel like I owe you an introduction if you don't know me and also a bit about why I started this blog. I'll spare you my life story at the moment and offer a Reader's Digest version.
In a nutshell, I'm a wife, Mom, registered dietitian, Christian, and at the end of the day, just a human. I love family time, the outdoors, coffee, traveling, quiet time, organizing and writing. After writing my thesis (I just finished graduate school last year), I felt so empowered. If I can put 18,902 words in one document, I can write anything! I've also been doing more writing at work and finally decided to take the plunge into the world of blogging. I do feel a little late to the party, but I've never been accused of being a trendsetter!
So, here it is and here I am. With my background in nutrition, you can expect to read food, nutrition, and health related blogs, but I also want the opportunity to share other things that bring me joy or are on my mind. From my faith, to organizing tips, or parenting and marriage! The possibilities are endless, and I'm really looking forward to it! It's giving me all the feels!
